As per the recent research and studies, NHS recommends that our kidney can hold around 800-1,000 ml of water in one hour and excessive of having such liquid will cause sodium levels to dramatically plunge and with nowhere for the excess water to go, it’s stored inside the body’s cells which finally leads to swelling into various body parts consequently death.
